At GlassHammerArt, we strive to ensure every piece of art is a perfect tribute to your memories. Because every item is made-to-order, please review our policy below regarding refunds and returns.


1. Damages & Quality Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception.

Since our products are fragile glass art, we offer a comprehensive guarantee against breakage and quality defects during transit.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Requirement: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Proof: Please send clear photos of the damaged art and the packaging to support@glasshammerart.com.
  • Resolution: We will offer a free replacement or a full refund for verified quality issues.

2. All Sales Final (Custom & Bespoke Items)

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, every piece is hand-hammered and custom-crafted specifically for your order. These items cannot be resold or reused.

Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for "change of mind" or non-quality related reasons. All sales are final once the order has been processed.

Please ensure you have selected the correct size and color before placing your order.

3. Refund Process (Defective Items Only)

Refunds are strictly limited to items that arrive damaged or are verified as defective (as outlined in Section 1).

If your damage claim is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
