1. Free Worldwide Shipping & Insurance

We are proud to offer Complimentary Worldwide Shipping on all orders. There are no hidden fees at checkout.

Fully Insured Delivery: Given the fragile nature of our glass art, every package is fully insured during transit. In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, we guarantee a free replacement immediately. (See Section 5 for details).

2. Processing & Crafting Time

Because each GlassHammerArt piece is hand-hammered and made-to-order, please allow time for our artisans to craft your unique artwork before it is dispatched.

  • Crafting & Processing Time: 5 - 40 Business Days.
  • Note: During high-demand seasons, crafting may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we refuse to rush the artistic process.

3. Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order has been crafted and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. The estimated transit times are as follows:

🌎 Global Standard Shipping: 7 - 12 Business Days

*Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. While we strive to meet these timelines, external factors such as customs clearance or local postal delays may occasionally cause slight variations.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your art is shipped, you will receive a Tracking Number via email. You can track the status of your package at any time using the Track Your Order page on our website.

If your tracking information hasn't updated within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us for assistance.

5. Damages & Safety Guarantee

Your satisfaction and the safety of your art are our top priorities.

If your item arrives broken or damaged:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@glasshammerart.com with a photo of the damaged item and the packaging. We will prioritize your case and arrange for a brand-new replacement to be crafted and shipped to you at no cost.

6. Duties & Taxes

For most international orders, customers are not required to pay additional duties. However, please note that GlassHammerArt is not responsible for any specific customs fees or import taxes that may be applied by your local government upon delivery.
